When we talk about the North of the state on this site we are talking about places where the postcode starts with 72** such as Hagley in the west of the northern region (Westbury is in the North-West sector) and Scottsdale to the east, with the main northern city of Launceston in between. Much of the focus for this area lies in the Tamar Valley.
