Kenyak Chocolates
We have recently been exposed to Kenyak chocolates which are made in Hobart. They are absolutely beautiful, crafted with care using chocolate that has been sourced from the famous Felchlin chocolate makers in Switzerland.
The owner, Chris Greentree, specialises in couverture chocolate which has a higher level of cocoa butter making it perfect for covering and tempering and the results are a testament to the source product.

Kenyak does not have a shop, but you can order from them on their Web site (see below) and they take a lot of care in sending it to you including ice packs for interstate orders.
They are currently supplying a few shops where you can buy their products. We have bought their products at Eumarrah on one of our many visits to that shop and also at Meat Mistress in lower Sandy Bay.

Some of their chocolates incorporate Tasmanian honey and we were pleased to see that it has been sourced from Blue Hills Honey which is an excellent product sourced from the Tarkine wilderness where it is free from damaging agricultural sprays.
