Cygnet Garden Larder – Introduction
Cygnet Garden Larder is a pleasant, small store in the centre of Cygnet where it is possible to buy some very fresh, often organic, produce that has been sourced from growers in the area.
It is worth having a good look around in here because you can find some excellent products which might be the products from the Kraut-Chi Co with their long fermented cabbage or the freshly roasted coffee from Beansmith just a kilometre or so down the road (this is handy since Beansmith only opens for two days a week).
They are also involved with mushroom growing so, if you are lucky, they might have some shitake or oysters mushrooms available and if you are really lucky you might find Lions Mane or Nameko which they also grow. Find more details at the Cygnet Mushroom Farm Facebook page.
