Blackhearts & Sparrows has a carefully selected array of interesting wines from Australia and beyond. It is wonderful to have a place where the wines are selected based on their provenance and not just a race to the bottom in the price stakes.
You can always find something interesting from the Adelaide Hills or the Basket Ranges where so many interesting wines are being produced. Young winemakers here are producing some fine examples of low-intervention wines. Look for the wines from Monique and Tim of Manon Wines as one example of wines that deliver on the promise.
