Kelty Farm at Woodbridge overlooking the d’Entrecasteaux Channel is owned by Rex and Cynthia Williams. They grow Red Delicious, Jonagold and Fuji apples and raise Black Angus cattle and Berkshire and Wessex Saddleback pigs on their organically certified farm.
Kelty Farm cattle and pigs are broken down and sold to various outlets such as IGA Huonville, Eumarrah in both Hobart and Launceston, Harvest Feast at Salamanca Market and the Hill Street chain of supermarkets. They also make sausages which are nitrate free.
They are fully certified by Australian Certified Organic (ACO) and by TOP (Tasmanian Organic-dynamic Producers).
