The Cat’s Tongue – Introduction
Andy Abramowich makes the most beautiful chocolates in Tasmania which he sells under The Cat’s Tongue brand. You can find these delicious chocolates at the Wursthaus Kitchen in Salamanca and at the Hill Street Grocer in West Hobart.
You will be able to see the quality of the chocolates from some of the photos on Andy’s Instagram site. Don’t take any notice of the photos of savoury dishes – these are dishes he used to serve in the Huonville cafe before he turned the entire space into a chocolate production facility.
